No, the card is free but it does have to be registered before becoming active.

Members earn one point on every two dollars spent.

Request a card from your cashier at any of our locations in Nassau.

How do I Activate my Card?

Go online to www.dunkinbahamas.com to activate your card.

Can I trade my points in for cash?

No your points are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit and have no value until presented for redemption

How can I check how many points I have?

You can go online to www.dunkinbahamas.com and login into your account or take your card tov a cashier at any of our locations in Nassau.

Are there any fees charged?

No fees are charged to your Card. It costs you nothing to use the Card and any money that is left on your Card will not be charged a service fee.

What if my card is Lost or Stolen?

In the event of loss or theft of your Loyalty Card, it is your responsibility to contact us as soon as possible. We accept no responsibility for any unauthorized use of the card. We will make reasonable efforts to void the card and reduce the member’s exposure to further loss of points but accepts no responsibility for same. Including restoration of points.

Are there any special considerations regarding maintaining my card’s condition?

Yes, Loyalty Cards are magnetized. To prevent erasure of coded data, please keep cards away from other magnetized objects, such as: cell phones, magnets, magnetic stripes on other credit cards, etc.. Should the magnetic strip get damaged please contact us so that we can reissue you a new card.
